How it works
Four steps, every job
You telephone
We ask three questions and tell you whether to turn the water off.
We give a price
Before we come, if it is a normal job. On arrival if it is not.
We do the work
And tell you if we find something that changes the price, before continuing.
You pay after
Never a deposit for a repair. For a bathroom, staged and written down.
Questions
Asked most often
Do you charge to come out?
Not for work we have quoted. For a diagnosis, there is an hour's charge and we say so first.
Are you insured?
Yes, and registered for gas work. Ask on the doorstep and we will show you.
Do you work weekends?
For emergencies. Not for bathrooms.
How do I pay?
Card, transfer or cash. An invoice either way.
Water on the floor?
Telephone. Do not send a message and wait.
